The purpose of this document is to define the terms and conditions of the application and the available services nicknamed SporTeGrity on one hand, and on the other hand, the manner in which the user accesses the application and uses its services.
1 – Definitions
In the SporTeGrity application the terms used are specified as follows:
App: The mobile app designed, developed, and operated by the SporTeGrity team that can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store mobile app download platform.
User: any physical person having access to the application, in any way and in any place.
Comment: text posted by a member in response to a content and SporTeGrity may use under the conditions defined in these Terms of Use TOS.
2 – Content and intellectual property
SporTeGrity can not be held responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in this information or for any use made of it.
SporTeGrity can not be held liable for the results that may be obtained by the use of this information.
The information published on the application comes from public data collected by SporTeGrity and its users. Any reproduction, total or partial, of this application, by any means whatsoever, without express authorization, is prohibited, and would constitute an infringement sanctioned by Law n ° 2000/011 of the Code of Cameroon on the Intellectual Property . Finally, the application also offers participatory and contributive spaces where Internet users who wish can intervene by filing "echoes". Users who deposit these contributions are responsible for their content.
All content of a racist, tribalist, sexist, homophobic or other character calling for discrimination is prohibited. Users engaging in such practices will be automatically sanctioned. The sanction will be the deactivation of the user's account and the deletion of its contents.
3 – Access to the service
Les équipements de tout type permettant l’accès à l’application sont à la charge exclusive de l’utilisateur, de même que les frais de télécommunications induits par leur utilisation.
Préalablement à l’utilisation du Service, l’Utilisateur doit s’assurer qu’il dispose :
- d’une connexion Internet ;
- d’un abonnement téléphonique permettant l’accès à Internet ;
- d’un téléphone mobile compatible avec l’Application et équipé d’une connexion wifi ou 3G
Similarly, the application requires users to access their photo gallery. users are asked to allow the app to access it.
4 – Free service
The SporTeGrity application is provided free of charge to Users. However, does not commit to the sustainability of free and reserves the right to subsequently change its pricing by notifying this change in tariff to users who can choose to continue or not to use the service under the new conditions.
5 – Moderation
SporTeGrity offers users of the application, to contribute to its content by filing contributions, the "echoes". Submitting a contribution online does not require automatic publication. SporTeGrity retains the right to moderate the "echoes" without any right of compensation to be open to the user. In particular, the user who files an "echo" agrees that he respects the rights of third parties, and may not give rise to actions based in particular on plagiarism, unfair competition, civil liability or even offenses provided for by the law of July 29, 1881. Moreover, insulting, aggressive or defamatory remarks are prohibited. The same is true for incitement to violence, racial hatred, homophobia and the denial of crimes against humanity, pornographic or deliberately offensive remarks and comments published for purely commercial purposes.
SporTeGrity reserves the right to remove the broadcast of any contribution contrary to laws, regulations, or legal procedures. In the same way the media downloaded on the application likely to shock the users will be automatically suspended (pornographic images or videos, images showing violent scenes, bloody or human bodies).
6 – Sending SporTeGrity messages to its Users
SporTeGrity allows itself to send messages to its Users. These messages can consist of alerts, sms, or any other message in the application or outside. Their purpose is to draw the User's attention to an event of current interest in the application.
7 – Applicable right
Both this application and the terms and conditions of its use are governed by Cameroonian law, regardless of the place of use. In the event of a possible dispute, and after the failure of any attempt to find an amicable solution, the Cameroonian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
